I've stayed here 3 times in the past 1 1/2 years since it opened. Completely fantastic! I've paid $129 twice for a 2BR and $159 for the same on another trip (slightly busier April 07). My fiancee has a 12 year old, so bringing a friend and them being able to share a room is great.

Pros:
Location: Seriously, 2 seconds from Disneyworld entrance and about 10 minutes to Universal Studios. Traffic is usually minimal (It is located behind the Nick Hotel, which is across from the Huge Marriott on 536). Restuarants are 5 minutes away heading towards I-4 and Lake Bryan.

Rooms: Brand new condo's where they DON'T try to sell them to you. Really, never once was I approached nor anyone who has reviewed the place on tripadvisor either. The rooms are huge, most with Flatscreen TVs. All have Full kitchens with coffeemakers etc, 2 bathrooms (Master with seperate jacuzzi and stand-alone glass shower). Balconies so you may smoke (Rooms are non-smoking).

Pool: Very large and nice. They are expanding and building another pool and clubhouse area. Free continental breakfast in the morning, treats throughout the day.

Quiet: It's sorta remote however it does border 417. Other than that, it's peaceful. Security is top notch as well, gated.

Price: ALWAYS cheap! Under $200 for a 2 Bedroom. Compare that to the top places of the same caliber (Floridays) and other places.

Service: Always friendly.

1 Con: Construction: Yes they are expanding like crazy. When I went in April 2007, they were going to build 9 Buildings. Well that turned into 23! We stayed in Dec 2007 right behind another building being constructed, and we barely heard anything even on our balcony.

I highly recommend.

Hi,

This was one of the Resorts we were considering along with Blue Heron which also is close. Looks like you can reserve from owners directly and save money. Are there any lake views at World Quest? I know Blue Heron does. I am torn which one to book. :confused3

Last time I was there was Decemeber of 2007, the Building that would have a Lake View (#6 I believe) was still under construction but looked nearly completed. Most of their rooms have a view of the Pool except Building 5 which has the poorest view (Wetlands). I would really recommend WQ.
