We have decided to stay at Worldquest for our vacation. Can anyone who has stayed there answer my questions?

Do we need to bring laundry soap/dishwasher soap?
Is there a children's playground?
Can guests visit us there even though it is gated?
What is the fee to use the internet?

Any info would be helpful. There just isn't much out there on this resort.

Hi-
I am also staying there 6/25-7/3
I will be calling them soon to find out the answers to some of those questions. I don't want to pack extra things if they already have them in the room.

Is this a new resort? I have not really heard of it. Is it near the Buena Vista Outlet Mall perhaps??I know they were building something like that last year.

It is a newer resort. I think it opened last year. So far it has good reviews. Just looking for personal accounts of amenities. I called the hotel this am to ask a few questions, but I still feel confused. I've been checking out another resort called Floridays, and actually booked a room there this am. Now i have to check with DH to see where he wants to stay. Floridays worked out to be a bit cheaper.

We loved world quest. It was huge 2 bedroom unit. full kitchen tile in all rooms but the bedrooms. huge screened in porch with table and four chairs that over looked the pool. TV in living room and both bedrooms. master suite was huge with a door leading to the outside deck. cold filtered water in the fridge door. washer and dryer. I did not see a playground but the pool is very large and has a changing room that was spotless. They play beach music and have a tiki bar. They have plam trees around the pool to give it a more tropical feel. The chairs at the pool were comfortable and cushioned. Even though you have a full kitchen they still had a continental breakfast (fruit loops, frosted flakes, honey nut cheerios, danishes, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, orange juice, milk, soda's, coffee, hot chocolate and other stuff I can't remember.) Oddly enough the room did not have a coffe maker in it. Very close to Disney. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend this place to others. There was no hard sell on these condo's I thought that was great, they just left a brochure with the sales manager name on it. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Hi-
What supplies are in the room-
laundry soap, pots and pans, dishwashing soap, kleenex....?

Thanks!:goodvibes

the kitchenis fully stocked, pots, glassware, dishes large and small, coffee cups, plastic tumblers, knifes forks spoons, we did not cook there so I just gave it a once over. but it looked like it had most things. They provided dish soap, paper towels, tissues in bathrooms. They also had a jar of qtips and cotton balls. (the qtips came in handy!) the bath rooms had shampoo and bars of soap and hand lotion. I think they also had conditioner too. In the master bedroom was a cordless phone. BE WARNED local calls are NOT free our 1 call cost us $1.75 appx. There was one small box of detergent (enough for one load) and 2 dryer sheets. I packed my own detergent and dryer sheets. If I missed something or have and other questions let me know.

:goodvibes Hi -
I just wanted to doublecheck on a few more things at World Quest.

Do they have :
foil/plastic wrap
more than 1 roll TP
VCR or Disc Player
Dishtowels
THanks!

In response to the following questions:
Do they have :
foil/plastic wrap: I don't think so.

more than 1 roll TP: I think so, under the sink Plus qtips and cotton balls.

VCR or Disc Player: our room had a DVD player and TV internet keyboard (but was out of batteries so we did not use it).

Dishtowels, I did not wash any dishes I put them in the dishwasher, so I am not sure about that, but they did have paper towels available. There are lots of white towles in the room, so I guess in a pinch you could use them.

Hope this helped. My kids are still saying that they want to go back to worldquest again...nearly 2 months later. hope you enjoy your visit.

Hi-
A few more days.....
Can you tell me if they clean up your room/make beds during your stay? I was wondering if they give you fresh towels and shampoo everyday like a hotel.

Thanks so much.:goodvibes

I believe they made the beds everyday and fresh towels to replace any towels left on the floor. If you need extra towels there are tons at the pool too. Enjoy your visit.

WorldQuest Resort was awesome.

It was very close to the Nick Hotel (which is close to everything).
We found it to be clean and well stocked. The pool was huge.
Having a 3 bedroom condo with a kitchen and washer/dryer can't be beat!
We booked through Expedia several months in advance to get a good deal.
