World Showcase Pavilion Buffet - New Years Eve?

So I've read somewhere that on New Year's Eve, one can pay a set $$$ amount for a World Showcase Pavilion Buffet. Can anyone explain or has anyone done this? How does it work? Where is it held? (obviously Epcot World Showcase - but is there a specific location?) It's something we may be interested in and are looking for more information.

It is held in the World Showplace - the big building located behind the fence between Britain and Canada.

Think of it like the buffet at a wedding reception held at a hotel. Nothing spectacular. I think it was $68/person when we at there on NYE 2014/2015. I think the whole idea is to increase restaurant capacity for that night. I wouldn't do it again. Any other restaurant would be better.
