World Showcase Hours

With the 9am opening of Frozen, does Epcot open the entire park, including the World Showcase, at 9am? Disney's site shows Epcot's hours "9am to 9pm". Is the entire park now open at 9am?

1. Nope.
Mexico and Norway ("Froway") and the bakery in France open at 9AM.
The rest of WS opens at 11AM.

2. Technically, Epcot is open 9AM to 9PM... just not "all" of Epcot.
(Some of the attractions, etc. in FW close at 7PM, daily, too.)

As far as I can tell from MDE, only Mexico and Norway are opening at 9:00.
