World Series (affect USO?)

I have a friend that went to WDW and couldn't figure out why no one was there until he realized it was Super Bowl Sunday. How will the World Series (Florida Marlins and ?) affect attendance at USO? Home games are 10/21, 10/22, 10/23. Tickets go on sale 10a 10/16.

I wouldn't say much, since it's a series, whereas the superbowl is 1 game.
Game 2 is on Sunday the 19th. Maybe we'll have light crowds for the HHN meet.

Too bad the home games are on weeknites. Probably won't be a whole lot of "working" goin' on in So. Fla. next week!
The big question: Will the Red Sox fans show up early this week-end to hit the parks?!

Are the BoSox going this year?
I do know that should the Marlins win, you'll see may people with Marlins wear the next few days/weeks after that. Anyone who went after the Bucs won the Superbowl knows how there were so many people with their Bucs gear on.

I started thru Ticketmaster at 10. I stood in "line" for 30 minutes and got kicked out of line. I'm in a new line now. Sure wish they had Express!

I stood in line for 2 hours and got booted off lines to get in another and finally was told they were out. EBay has tickets for 3 times the selling price.

I can believe that.

They showed the people on the local news down here in South Florida.
Right after the Marlins won, they lined up at Pro Player Stadium and got wrist bands with a time to come back in the morning. Hundreds of people we're there.
In the morning, the news cameras showed them waiting at the stadium, and a ticket office in Coral Gables.

Yep, the bandwagon people are back.
