I saw there was a small thread in the podcast area but I figured I would start one here and see if anyone plays this game... I have a level 72 paladin. I played for a long time but with my new work schedule, haven't had the time so I cancelled the subscription. With the arrival of my new daughter on friday, I have the next week and a half off and was thinking about heading back into the abyss known as azeroth. :)

Been playing for 4.5 years now....several toons in the 70's, but no 80's.

are you looking for a divorce?

somebody has been working pretty hard for the last nine months and is due for a break, or at least all the help she can get.

Amen! I dare my husband to go start playing WOW when he has his paternity leave...it won't be pretty...

LOL..thats the beauty of laptops... My wife usually is laying in bed with the baby and I sit next to her with my laptop. When she needs ANYTHING, I am always more than happy to jump and run.. :) She is perfectly happy with this situation and I don't have to worry about that horrible "divorce" word.

Not that I need any more "time suckers" in my life, but this game has always interested me, but I have NO idea how to get started. Is there a free/low cost way to try it out and see if I like it first?

I can't say for sure... I do know that gamestop has a demo DVD for $1.99 that let's you do the beginning sections of the game. But the game normally sells for about $20 for the 1st installment, so, MAYBE beyond the trial period you would have to pay the difference?

Otherwise, you can buy the game for $20 ( roughly ) and the first month of play is included.

I pay about 11 bucks a month to play and consider it a bargain, as I don't really buy other games anymore.

You can also reactivate your account and you toons will still be there.
