Well, my diet has been so-so. Nothing gained, nothing lost. I guess that is good in a way. I W/R 8 miles this weekend so I'll bet the scales will go down a little....maybe....perhaps....we'll see.

Today I used the following for fuel for a 20 mile LR on the TM (almost 5 hours!): 1/2 slim fast; 40 oz power ade and water; snickers marathon energy bar; chocolate power bar; 1 bag sport beans; 1 bag cliff blocs (cran raspberry).
I wouldn't worry too much about that "splurge". You probably needed it for the run tonight.
Sounds like you had a good time. I don't think I would have touched either - but boy, I sure would want to.
