Tandy - GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!!!!!
Beth - Congratulations on finishing the 16 miles. There's something about those distances over 14 that gets tough. I've threatened not to do a LR over 16 while training for my next marathon, but now that I've actually registered for one, I guess maybe I'll do more. I'm good to about 16, but after that I start having those horrible conversations with myself, even when I'm running with other people.
Challenge update - Water complete, plus some. We're considering moving our offices into the bathroom just to make life easier.
Half the dairy done, and half the veggies done. Fiber - I just don't know. That's a LOT. I'm not even a third off the way there, and it seems hopeless. DH is in the shower now and then we're headed to the grocery store to see what we can do about buying things to make this easier!

). If you are one working towards 25 grams as a goal, I will credit the point if you show that you are working up your totals week to week. It is all about lifelong, healthy habits. This is a long race, not a sprint.

And Congrats on those 16 miles, you are the real warrior woman!
I'm glad my "guilt" was helpful -- you guys are usually making me do workouts I don't want to do!
I guess fish really are friends, for you, not food. Nothing wrong with that, no scary smells coming out of your kitchen! I love a cleaned up Desmond...I'm really glad he got his own week, I was starting to miss him.

Now that I read over it, I'm doing ok!
Being held accountable for water, fiber, dairy, fruits, veggies and exercise REALLY keeps you on track. I got in everything yesterday. The fiber was, in fact, easier than I thought. Once I looked at how much was in all the veggies I was eating, I went over the 25. Water was great. I have always needed to drink more water, and now, I know how much is in my portable bottles and how many of those bottles to have.
Now, I just need to go kick some butt!

Now you know we need that pb fudge recipe!

)? I love breakfast sandwiches but I'm with you - the sausage is a killer! I'm going to add popcorn to your list of high fibre foods but it does have a lot of salt. I eat the low fat type and use it as an alternative to chowing down on chips when watching movies at home.

But seriously, he'll eat salmon if we go out for Japanese ... just not at home. Cupcakes with 4g of fibre? Sign me up!!
Mine were done ages ago, but that's just because they're simple and straight forward for us. I used to own my own business and that was a pain every year. I feel your pain. Good job staying on track. It'll get easier as you get back into it.

Will catch up more later tonight!
