working for disney

i am very new to the dis, my dh is a member, and we just came back from disney last night, had an awesome time. I was just wondering if anyone has any information on how to gain employment with disney world, my dh and i are looking to move to florida, and i was seeking info on working for them. my dh and i are both college educated, would love to work for disney, but i dont know how to get info on this subject, and i am not sure i am posting in the right spot. thanks for any help.

Unless you want a menial job, you should have a contact inside or a masters. Otherwise it is a manner of luck getting in the door and very few people have that good of luck.

Look under Careers at www.disney.com. You will see the type of positions they have available at their various locations. Many of the positions say they are looking for interns. That doesn't mean that a more qualified person cannot get the job. It just means that they are willing to take on interns. You can put together a resume on the website and submit for various positions.
