WOW it is really difficult today. Usually I can make it to level four or five but today (with all the ppl playing) I cannot even get past level two

I stopped when I saw my credits were 10K. and I'm 99% sure that I will never get a gold fireworks pin since I have yet to win a game at all.

but the double credits helped me get to 10K faster...

And because of the way in which fireworks eliminates players each round, for the non-incredible players, it will be difficult to get anything today. Ironic - the amazing players who get great credits get double that today - the rest of us, well double very little is still double I guess. Better than it used to be at least - everyone DOES get something.

I played twice and got 150 credits each time this is great for really good fw players but us ave players not so good.

No, I think AlisonY2's personal goal for now was to reach 10,000 credits. Mine for today is to reach 15,000. I'm at 14,250 right now but I'm taking a break for a while. My eyes are starting to bug out on me. I can barely break past level 2 as well. Terrible lag but I guess it's to be expected today.

Well...not exactly. I just wanted to get some credits after spending bunches the past few weeks, so I figured 10K would be a good amount to stop at.

For some odd reason I got a 2K bonus from playing Mansion. Not complaining at all, it sure helped!

I was lucky enough to get to the 4th round and that was when my eyes were glued to the screen (Really bad for my eyes ). Well, back to pirates for me.

The way I think of it:
Pirates CTF and SB: 200 credits every 2-3 minutes.
Fireworks Remixed: 650 credits every 8 minutes.

I find this funny for some reason. We have something taken away from us (credits) then they give us some back one day a week for a month and we are so greatful. Kind of reminds me of Gas prices at the pump.

That being said count me in as soon as I can get home. LOL

Well, as I can't get past level 3, I'm just making slightly more than I normally would.
As pointed out, the extra credits are only good for those really good players.
But, I'm still playing to get credits.

I'm so excited about double credits today!! I'm trying to get up to 30,000 so I can get the quest kiosk (as I never got it last time it was sold). I spent way too much last month and didn't spend enough time building my credits back up, so this is really good for me.

I had fun actually getting to play against you in a game for once. I think you must've been having a bad game at the time or something, though, because I only finished 200 points behind you (I was on my credit mule, so you probably didn't know it was me) but that was a fun game

Heh... I actually had a few of those games today, since every other game seemed to have more of those fireworks explode with nothing when I clicked on them...

I agree, AmberDaze - we should be getting this amount all the time. I mean, even double is (for me, anyway) less than what we used to get for getting 240k. Also, they never corrected the biggest problem - no credit bonus for the winner!
