The more I use it, the more I like it, although I'm using it on IE instead of Chrome. I prefer Chrome, but still haven't figured out how to get the thread preview w/ Chrome. However, I have Disboards as my home page on IE, and I still just use Chrome for everything else.

I'm having trouble reading more than 5 mins. Normally I read everything and LOVE to take the time to find the answers I need but seriously, my eyes hurt!!

Lost mine too (obviously!) and every picture I try to upload is too big.......I am SO not good with computers, phones, etc. so hopefully one of these days I'll figure out how to change the size of my pictures so I can have an avatar again

Yes. Delete the app and enter through the website. Add it to your home screen. You can change the "theme" of the site... try Dark Scheme and see if that help. Go down to the lower left corner of the screen to change from the Default.

I'm on another board that uses this platform (XenForo) and really this is just the tip of the iceberg of what the admins will be able to do. All new interfaces have to go through user feedback, it's the only way to get it as close to what everyone wants!
Does this board work on Tapatalk like most other XenForo boards do?

Good luck on tapatalk. It's been a request for years that's fallen on deaf ears

Only with this new change has any of the admins acknowledged a request but it seems to be back burnered

I suspect they expect the "mobile responsiveness " of this new software to be the saving grace and their "no need for an app" stance

I'm just getting on tonight and seeing a few more changes that I really like! I see that the Forum page has alternating light colors every other thread. That's great and makes it much easier to see the various threads, they're not all running together.
Also, really liking the DVC theme changes, love the colors and the alternating colors for posts in a thread. Looks great! Wondering if that's the same for all the different themes, so I'll have to check them out again. But I expect to keep the DVC theme, it's really nice!
I see some other buttons to check out as well. I will say, I don't like change too much, but am really liking things so far. You guys are so receptive and responsive, which really makes it easier to accept than resist all the new stuff, lol.

I found another little thing that's pretty cool. I like the way you can hover over the thread title and it will show the last page number of the thread! That's very cool, then you can see right away if it's a newish thread or gotten lengthy. Sometimes that's good to know before deciding to wade in at all. And, it definitely seems that you see more while hovering over the thread title than you did before, though maybe that's because type is bigger and easier to read!
Definitely a lot of little things that are making this new board unexpectedly, for me anyway, very nice!

Still not getting the thread preview on Chrome with my home computer. Oddly, I do get it on my work computer. I was curious, so I checked.

I haven't participated in fish extenders. BUT seems like they would be in the Disney Cruise Line forum.
If you click the arrow at the bottom (or top) of the page you can pick which forum you want to view:


You can also click the word HOME at the top of the page and see a list of all the forums. Scroll down and you'll see the Disney Cruise Line Forum.
Click on that and you'll see all the messages (sorted by most recently posted to). Hopefully your fish extender is in there! (I hope I understood what fish extender is!)
