Just 3 Weeks till Christmas !!

WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO-not long to go now.
I am hoping i am better by Monday as Hubby has a day's holiday booked+were supposed to be going into town to do our last bit of present shopping together. We always have lunch in Frankie's+Benny's,so i am really looking forward to it-fingers crossed i will be ok.x.

Yah - 3 weeks - I'm so excited. :cool1:

The girls have been making their Christmas decorations this week. Just have to finish painting some of the backs tonight and then add the ties. I have to say they look really good.

All they did was use Christmas biscuit cutters and cut out some white bread and then made a hole at the top with a straw for the ties. They left them over night on a cooling rack and then painted them and added glitter. Great idea if any of you have young children and they want to do something ALL on their own.

I've been busy making DD1 a snowman outfit for the school Christmas play. Finally finished it last night as she had to take in this morning for dress rehersals tomorrow. I was really pleased with the finished article although I've found out this morning from the other mums I could have bought one for £5 :rotfl:

oohh I just love Christmas!:jumping1:

Goodness me, I popped into the Nuneaton Woolies this morning (well I was cutting through to the car park) and they were holding an 'Up to 50% off day' today, and the queue was virtually the length of the store - I've never seen anything like it. I just turned around and walked the long way round ;)

I picked up a Dr. Who board game in Debenhams too. It was originally £20, they had 50% off games today, and when I got to the counter, they gave me another 20% off, so it was only £8 in the end - bargain :santa:

We decided to get the hamsters in the Christmas spirit!!

I bought Robert an amazing puppet in Sainsburys- It's a dog in a Santa hat that barks Christmas Carols.....! I also bought myself some Chestnuts to roast...!

oh Bob your hamster looks adorable in his special little christmas pud ... that is so cute :goodvibes I could also do with some chestnuts to go with the bottle of red I picked up on my way home tonight ;)

I can't believe it's only 3 weeks to go but I'm a bit sad our snowman is currently shrinking due to the rain we've now got :sad1:

The pudding was £2.97 at Pets at Home.... My Mum bought it as an early present for him!

I'm just roasting some chestnuts.... With Vanilla and sugar... Yum Yum!
