Sounds lovely ~ Hope you have a great time Mand :thumbsup2

Thanks Florence and Jodie, I had a lovely meal and a really good laugh with my friend.

Kaylee - I guess you can get all festive once Joseph's birthday is out of the way, I hope you all had a lovely day

Mandy :)

When I went out to London yesterday, I spotted and bought "Now that's what I call XMAS" at long last! :woohoo:

It's quite good, but unfortunately it doesn't have "Merry Christmas Everyone" or the good version of "All I want for christmas is you". :( Still, it has a lot of Traditional songs sung by pop stars.. :cheer2:

I am back at work today, and it is quite festive. Loads of christmas cards were waiting for me on my desk :goodvibes Only a week to go, and then I am off again for over a week :cool1:

I got 7 in the span of last week. Kind cool, although slightly dissapointing since I gave over 70 of them out.. Oh well, as long as someone apprieciates me I won't mind. :thumbsup2

Just found out the version of the "All I want for christmas is you" is good enough for me; even if it's not the original! :woohoo: Still dissapointed about the lack of Merry Christmas everyone, but that can be sorted by a quick trip to Itunes. :)

I am finally going Christmas shopping today, I have been putting it off and ordered most of DD off the Internet, however I need to now get family presents. I do like shopping however Christmas shopping seems like hard work as you are shopping for someone else, its an added pressure, oh well it needs to be done.
I may even treat myself to a Christmas turkey panini as Starbucks.

Woohoo !! 10 More Sleeps to go

DD is having a Christmas turkey lunch today at school today. yum!

Its been quite busy for her at school, this week she had her christmas play, which was really good especially considering they were infants.

Next week she has a pantomime to go to,as the school is going to see mother goose and a Christmas party on her last day.

Oh and my christmas shopping trip did not go to well, only got one gift. I ended up orderering the rest online though I still got to more gifts to buy.

Sounds as though your DD has been super busy :)
