**Woohoo !! It's Boxing Day**

Finally beginning to start getting my DH some pressies, been feeling under the weather this week and haven't had the energy. Anyway, got him a rare Doctor Who video which I am really pleased with and will be a surprise for him.

Also, finally ordered my wrapping paper and festive stickers from the Studio catalogue :thumbsup2

DH is playing golf today ~ So I have spent the morning wrapping all of his pressies. I'm shattered after that. Spending the afternoon shopping for some new tree decorations.

Yay !! I've just finished writing my Christmas cards ~ that's another job done :thumbsup2

Done the DIS cards can't face doing friends and family yet. Ashleys presents sorted, going shopping tomorrow to get Glens. DH is impossible to please so probably end up giving him some cash. He always wants something for his photo editing on the computer or his model railway  . Things that I haven't got the foggiest idea what they are!!!! Worrying thing is its my birthday on the 23rd December and then Christmas and DH hasn't asked what I want. I'm a person who doesn't like surprises, unless it was a Disney holiday.

My friend wasn't feeling too well, so I went shopping on my own, I HATE that. Anyway got the rest of my tree decorations ~ Ariel, Roger Rabbit, Cinderella, Mickey, Bambi and Mary Poppins. A nice new wreath, stilleto shoes and a pink tiara tree dangle. Some sweeties for the quiz and the last pressie for my Secret Santa recipient. Not bad since I have only been away 2 hours :rotfl2:

Where did you get your decorations from Florence ? they sound lovely. You seem to have had a good shopping afternoon on your own :)

Our Woolies didn't put it's Christmas stuff out until Halloween had passed. It's nice to see the shops looking more festive and the Christmas songs starting to play. I noticed today that in Coventry they are putting the Christmas decorations up, shame that they're being switched on by Peter Andre and Jordan this year - I think I'll give that a miss
not only that chicco and steve brockstien (not sure if that's how you spell it but i'm no fan)are preforming there :confused3

I saw the Sainsbury Christmas Advert. It's so cool! :goodvibes

Still haven't gotten on with that list yet. I would like to see some catalogues to see if there is anything nice to put into my stockings. I think that now we have reached novemeber I'll be cut off from buying stuff now. Now, when this happens it is very bad for us as we get to a point where we are bored out of our skulls looking for stuff to do. It happened to us last year and I hope that we can get enough entertainment to get us through it (Muppet's Christmas Carol is going to be watched a lot this year! :lmao: ) Any Christmas Specials/activites would be very much appreicative though, as the most we have of them is the Mr Bean Christmas special, the men behaving badly special, the muppet's christmas movie (not christmas carol) and the one mentioned above. I think that's it..

Speaking of Presents, as one of me and my brother's GF's pranks we were going to do that thing where you give a present to someone (e.g. "A goat") in which it means that the present has been given to someone in their name. We were thinking of giving one of our annoying cousins a "pig". :roftl2: Of course, it just wouldn't be the spirit of christmas to be mean to someone at christmas; even if they are monsterously annoying throughout the rest of the year.

So, as I said any ideas would be nice. :)

Finished wrapping all of the pressies I have. I am still waiting for a few that I have ordered off the net. Once they arrive I can get them wrapped as well. Chuffed because I hate wrapping and I'm always glad when it is done :thumbsup2

Well done Florence, I think I'll be finishing off my wrapping this week too as I haven't got much to do now.

We popped to Birmingham this morning and I bought myself a lovely dress from Next, as we haven't got a Christmas Party to go to this year, I have bought it for our Cruise in January

Beautiful dress Mandy :thumbsup2 I've almost finished my shopping now. DH took DS to get his bike today we pick it up on Wednesday. I got a Santa from Birthdays holding a Christmas countdown chalk board yesterday. I've hung him in the kitchen but he's counting down sleeps to our Christmas Holiday instead only 33 today :Pinkbounc
