woohoo - is this an incentive or what? "go spend $200 on new clothes"

Just told DH that I wish I didnt donate those jean shorts that were a size too small for me. I had clothes from years ago when I was a size smaller.
He just told me to "loosen the wallet and spend a few hundred on new clothes". Said as far as he knows Ive only bought a few items here and there. He wants me to get an entire new wardrobe!

So when do the fall clothes come out? I want to make sure this year when I look for cruise clothes that they are still in the store! Last year I lost wgt Sept-Nov so by the time I was looking they were already put away.

Your DH actually opened his wallet and said spend"?! Yeah, I'd have to agree this makes for one heck of an incentive. Start making your clothing wish list. If you need help spending it we can give you lots of suggestions

well its not as good as it sounds - actually i was told to spend from my savings but not feel guilty about it
