Could anyone tell me what time Woody's Lunch Box switches from the breakfast menu to the lunch/dinner menu? Thanks!

Seems like I remember breakfast and lunch options switching at 10:30 am when I was playing the MDE App the other day. I want to try the breakfast bowl after we ride SDD and AS...well, I won't finish that acronym. Alien Swirling Saucers. Ahem.
