wooden instruments

does anyone know where I can get the kids wooden instruments? I am looking to make music kits for xmas gifts. I want rhytmn sticks, maracas, drums, and maybe cymbols. I can buy the kit online but they are $40 and I dont want to spend that much

Check with your local music store. Ours has a wide selection of kid's instruments-shakers, sticks, etc.

Last fall I saw a nice set at Macy's for under $30. The instruments were of a nicer quality than the ones that I had previously purhcased at WalMart. They were in the infant/toddler clothing section. I need to look again to see if they still carry them.
