My parents bought a 240 BWV contract the other day! With 438 points available NOW, and another 240 next April. 
While it's technically theirs, they put me on the contract somehow as an authorized user, so I can book trips too. 
What a dream come true! DH and I have been wanting to do this, but couldn't quite do it financially yet.
Anyway, my parents are going with friends this November for 10 days, and we are taking a family trip next June for 7-9 nights (haven't decided yet). I'm so excited to be able to stay at the Boardwalk! Or any of the DVC resorts! I've always wanted to stay at the Boardwalk or Beach Club, but it was a bit out of our price range- now it's doable once a year if we want! WOW!
