Woo hoo, may be going again in May

We just got back from our Dec. 5th trip and about a week ago, my wife suggested just her and I go for 3-4 days for our 8th anniversary in May. Since I have an AP, it would make it that much cheaper. We never had a honeymoon since her then 9 year old son came with us. As long as there are some decent AP rates for the hotels and the Southwest runs another flight promotion from Providence to Orlando.

I would like to know the best way to get from the airport to the hotel and how do you schedual it. Never done anything like this before. Plus I want to see if there is anything special that we can do that does not cost much. We want to renew our vows but don't know how that sort of thing works either. Any ideas?

Hey MickeyMule! Haven't seen you in chat lately. Congrats on your upcoming 5th anniversary! I'm probably going back in May as well.

I usually take Tiffany Towncar from the airport to the resort. It costs around $80 round trip ($90 if you are staying at a Magic Kingdom resort). It's not the cheapest way to go (that would be Mears at around $25 per person round trip), but it's great because you have a private car (no busload of screaming kids for me). They'll even stop and let you run to a grocery store if you would like. You can read about Tiffany and other transportation options on the transportation board.

As for renewing your vows, I've heard people talking about a rehitching ceremony at the Garden Grill. I don't really know anything about it, but people sound like they have fun at it.

Hehe, oops, I made a type O, it will be my 8th anniversary. Anyway, I have not been in chat cause I have been quite busy since coming back 10 days before Christmas. Also when my wife got home she was ill with a 104 temp, turned out to be Strep and maybe something else.

Heck, I have been so busy, I am only on day 3 of the vaca in the trip reports end of things
