Didn't know they offered new contracts to new members.....

Interesting you bought directly through Disney for OKW! I didn't even know that you could still purchase deeds through Disney at OKW!! Nice!

Yes, we bought directly through Disney. We told our guide we really wanted OKW. He checked availability and we completed the sale today. $101 a point 2057 expiration and he threw in 160 points from 2008. So, in April we'll get 160 2008 points and 160 2009 points (320 points). No closing costs and no maintainance fees for the 2008 points.

Congratulations, I remember when my sister and I first purchased points at OKW, we were so excited and read up on everything that was going. We now love it there and do not want to stay anywhere else.

As you bought directly from Disney, your OKW contract has an expiry date of 2057 instead of 2042 (most resales of OKW are non-extended contracts). I hope you enjoy it for many years. We love OKW!
