Wonderful Weeks of Disney - The same every year?

I'm looking at the Wonderful Weeks of Disney calendar. The first two weeks of April 2008 are marked as WWoD. In 2009, will the weeks stay the same? Has anyone purposely gone to WDW during the Wonderful Weeks and gotten better rates and less crowds?

I would say no to the first two weeks of April. Easter is April 12th, so a lot of spring breaks will be going on then.

They are the historically less crowded days. But with all the festivals and parties and new school breaks, they aren't like they used to be. But they are still less crowded then Spring/Christmas break and Summer.
