Good morning DsnyDaddy and congrats on #2000! I was suprised to load 4 pages of new posts this morning and then as I started reading, I realized what the remaining 3 pages would consist of

Can't wait to get online later this week and jockey for a Palo brunch booking!

Does anyone have the historical weather pulled up for these dates? Do we think we're going to enjoy the pools at all? I'm pretty sure my kids can be occupied by movies, the lab, and the arcade. DH and I will want to hit up the Rasul in the spa, and maybe a massage if there's time. It just isn't long enough!!! I would have totally done another 7 day MR but DH doesn't get that much time off.

Pre-cruise stress is starting to set in... I realized yesterday I am really behind on EVERYTHING for the PC cruise and time is clicking away esp. with the holidays in between!

We are hoping for decent weather at least for the sail away party and some jacuzzi time. Kids will want to swim but we'll have to see about that.

Dh and I have never gotten around to checking out the nightclubs so hoping to stay up late and really use our precious 2 nights. Those clubs will probably be hoppin'!

Hi Joy! As for the weather, I specifically remember this past January (25th sunday to be exact) that was the first day of 6 six days straight of rain that was bad, it was so hard to pick up the kids from school when its pouring and windy!!! BUT, a week before that weather was perfect, i remember because i took my friend (from nyc) to Disneyland. So i'm really hoping on our cruise that we at least get a decent weather....no rain

i called & put the tips on my disney visa and also plan to add some cash if the service is good. I am sure my daughter & her friend will be in the pool no matter what the weather is like, not so sure about me though!

Star of Vulcania has two adults. Takin' my Mom on a short first-cruise to see if she can handle it (I figure a Disney cruise would be running the gauntlet!). I myself have been on may cruises and looking forward!

Emailed our TA and had them prepay our tips on our account... yay... one less thing to worry about and we'll tuck in extra cash if warranted... We normally tip extra but I don't know if we'll create stateroom havoc if we're only onboard for a couple nights.

I haven't been able to decorate outside because of the rain. Rain equals mud in my front yard But my inside is done.

I made DD12 a countdown poster she can cross off days as she wakes up. She told me she had a nightmare that we were on the Disney Cruise and were attacked by pirates...

I told her I had a dream we were on the Disney Cruise and I got a wonderful spa day with not one interruption! And I would have waved to the pirates and let Captain Sparrow take care of them - maybe that will be a new show.. (PIRATE NIGHT!)

We're spending the night before on the Queen Mary! Just have to zip over from Long Beach to San Pedro the next morning.

Just a few drizzles here so I've not worried about it so much. But I'm trying to come up with some solutions if I should encounter some rain now, since the figures are all paper mache. Probably plastic wrap until the rain passes.
