Women dieters...what do you do...

Call me crazy, but I promise my metabolism increases during that time of the month. It's a good thing, too, since I can eat like there's no tomorrow. I can eat fattening stuff that would normally show up on the scale the next morning without any ill consequences.

I guess my point is that our bodies are designed to have cravings then. While you shouldn't go on a chocolate-only diet for 3 days, it's senseless to not give into them at all.
