WOC not showing October 10 or 12th..

Back when reservations opened for our trip I was confused because it seemed the dessert party never opened for the 12th. These are non OBB dates before someone guesses that is the reason.

When the calendar first came out for October it had WOC showing the 10th and 12th.

But now it's not on the schedule. Luckily we have a long trip and got the dessert party for the 14th.

But we will be in DCA the 12th. The hours still show full hours. I was worried they would be closing for some reason.

Any speculation on why no WOC those days? That week does show almost no hotel rooms available and Disney is offering a resort discount but not until October 20th. Could they be simply not offering WOC so they can keep the rides going those days?

If one could dream maybe they are planning a surprise showing of the new WOC show.. hahaha wishful thinking.

Interesting. We are there the same time period and Oct 10 is our only chance to see WOC. I didn't realize it wasn't on the schedule...

I did notice that they added Halloween Screams with Fireworks to the calendar for Monday, 10/10.

Monday is a federal holiday that’s not really observed by California schools but brings in a lot of out of towners.

Yep. We are one of the out of towners that will be descending on the parks this coming holiday weekend. So I get why they scheduled the extra fireworks for Monday. But why cancel WOC (both Monday and Wednesday)? So confusing. Bummed that we will miss it this time around.
