WLV vs SSR (Accessible Rooms)

I'm in a quandry. We have plans to take a bunch of guests to SSR this autumn (October). 8 days in a ded 2bedroom with guests who are first timers and will affect our usual stay patterns. (Seniors who either will love it and take us to the parks every AM early or hate it and we'll be playing "how to make monkey smile" for several days.)

So I've booked us 3 days post-guests in a studio for downtime. But here's the quandry part.

I absolutely adore SSR and know exactly what I'm getting in the HA rooms. (Even remodeled my home shower to be like their roll-ins.) But I also wanted us to explore a bit so booked a WLV HA studio.

I just made a second spec ressie for a SSR HA studio (just to secure it since they go fast) because I know how much we adore the resort. Pools are all accessible; love walking or ferrying over to DTD; shower is the best roll-in design I've ever seen, etc.).

So which resort should I stick with for our downtime? The one I know I can relax in or the new one?

Has anyone stayed in the WLV HA studios? Where are they and what are they like? Does a wheelchair-friendly ferry really stop at the dock (as I've been told) or is that once in a blue moon? I already know the pools and spas are offlimits to me (unless WLV gets a pool lift in the next 5 months).

Caveat: Please don't bash either resort. I do like WLV for a day visit. If it wasn't for inviting the guests for the 8 days before, I'd have no problems exploring elsewhere.

Since people like to roll the strollers onto the MK boats, I'm guessing it works for wheelchairs as well. It's all of the large boats, not once in a blue moon thing.

I don't need a HA shower, but we had a HA studio. It was located in the middle of the hallway on the right, so the view was not of the lake beyond the trees. The view was trees with a glimmer of the roof of the bus stop area. The room was a lock off, not dedicated.

You are an adventurous soul, so I'll go with my heart and pick the VWL studio, although I know your heart was won over by SSR!
