So we are planning our trip for May 2014 and would like to stay at the WL. We stayed there May of this year, for our first trip and really enjoyed the hotel as well as the transportation etc. We were already a family of 4, and will be having a baby next month. I know we can stay at WL and get a pack and play, but has anyone done this? Did you move things around the room at all? Just looking for some tips if anyone has a similar experience! We had the bunk bed room and it was pretty tight, but we really enjoyed staying Deluxe and WL is our cheapest option as far as that goes. Thanks in advance! :thumbsup2

We brought an infant to WL and the pack n play was set up in the corner near the closet. (In front of one of the beds). Space was a little bit tight and we only had one big suitcase and two carry-ons. The pack n play occupied space that we normally would but luggage in. Our kids were small and we did not spend time in the room so it was not a big deal for us but if we had more stuff and bigger kids, I probably wouldn't do it.

I know that WL is the most inexpensive of the Deluxe's, but with a stroller, If you could swing a standard room at any of the monorail hotels, the rooms are larger & the ease of pushing a stroller on & off the monorail was so much easier...I went when my DD was 7 mos old & my DS @ the time was 3.
Not sure what the budget is, just a suggestion..
Best of Luck w. the baby!

We've done it a few times..... 4 adults and an infant.... All related.... Pack and play was fine up against the connecting door... Same for stroller or you can leave in hall...no big deal...

Yes, it's tight but how many hours do you spend in the room??.., room is no bigger or smaller than the mods or AKL rooms.... monorail resorts are bigger but you're paying big bucks there...WL will be fine...

We (myself, dh, ds8, dd5, and ds2) stayed at WL and really enjoyed it - we had a bunk room, so the big kids slept in the bunks and the little guy slept in the pack n play between the beds. This worked fine for us, though I realize that some families might find this arrangement to be a tight fit.

We loved WL - the only reason we are not staying there for our upcoming trip is that we found the transportation to be a bit of a hassle. You may want to consider, as previous poster suggested, a monorail resort. They are bigger rooms and I think that, with young children, the time and headaches saved by being on the monorail can be priceless. That said, at WL, we used cabs several times to reduce transportation stress and it worked out pretty well for us.
