wl view of monorail

I've heard that some rooms at Wilderness Lodge have a view of the monorail. Does anyone have a picture of this view? How far in the distance is the monorail?

Our son is enchanted with the monorail so I thought I would look in to this type of a room view. I know it won't be as close as the monorail resorts. We stayed at GF on our last visit.

There are so many tall trees surrounding the lodge I can't see how it would be a "good" view of the monorail.

We were at WL in December and had a room facing the MK. We were able to see most of the castle through a break in the trees, and we could see the monorail. But it's fairly far, so these both appeared pretty small. We took pictures, but you really couldn't see much of the monorail in them. I understand that there are not many rooms that have this view. It was really nice watching the castle change colors at night!

There is a wonderful view of the monorail from the boat dock at WL, if that helps any...

I took a picture last year of the sun setting and the monorail going by. It is gorgeous!

Just like rla5d said above, you can see the monorail from some of the woodsview rooms. We had one on the fifth floor (Room #5035) this was a good room for view of castle & monorail. Still not bad with the naked eye, but we had binaculars (sp ?) which made it better. This is also a non-smoking room .
