WL upgrade from courtyard view to ???

Has anyone ever received an upgrade at WL from a courtyard view to something better? I have been upgraded in the past from standard view and woods view to courtyard. We booked courtyard this time because that's all that was available.

Just wondering if it's even a possibility. We're happy with the courtyard view anyway.

Courtyard view is considered the best view at WL.

There are upgrades such as concierge service, deluxe suites, etc., but they don't necessarily offer a better view than a regular courtyard view room.

There are only a very few rooms that offer this, and it's not a guaranteed view on its own, like views you pay for. We've actually requested this for our upcoming Woods view reservation in October. I doubt we'll get it, but it is possible. The only drawback is that this will probably overlook a parking lot and service road.

Oh, great. Now you've made me divulge a WL "secret" for no good reason. You tricked me.

Well, now you know what to request.

Anyone else with the idea that you can get a view of MK or the fireworks from WL, it simply cannot be done, so don't even try. I am only trying so that I can prove to all you people that it's impossible.
