WL sleigh ride

Does anyone know if this could possibly be a test for having carriage rides year round at WL? WE are going in Jan. and would love to be able to take a carriage ride at this time. The info on the sleigh rides says 11/30-12/30. A girl can dream, can't she?

I didn't know they only offered the carriages rides during that time frame. I hope you get to experience one.
