WL salad dressing...HELP ??

Anyone have the recipe for the apple vinegrette that is served at the Whispering Canyon ??

I don't have it but I do know if you go to www.disneyworld.com and click on the guest services at the bottom. You can send an email to disney world and ask them for the recipe. I have done this several times and some have emailed me the recipe and some have mailed it to me. If you get it, please post it. It sounds really good.

I have an Apple Vinaigrette dressing. It said it was from Boma though. Does it sound the same?

Apple Vinaigrette

Recipe By :Boma, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Sauces, Dressings and Marinade

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 1/4 cups olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice -- fresh squeezed
1 1/2 lemon zest
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 apples -- pureed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Kosher Salt -- to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper -- to taste

Peel and shred about two apples through the mandoline and put in a stainless steel bowl with the Dijon Mustard.
Whisk in the cider vinegar and the lemon juice, and slowly add in the olive oil.
Stir in the fresh grated lemon zests and mix well.
Adjust the seasonings with Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Apple Vinaigrette Dressing

1-1/3 Cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
Salt to taste

Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt in blender. Blend until smooth.

Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition

Add salt to taste.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container

Yield: 15 ounces
