I was just wondering, is the TTC close enough to walk to from the WL?? If so, how long of a walk (approximately) would it be??

Also, is there a boat to take you from WL to CR (and vice versa??)

Just curious. We're trying hard to make our decision as to where we should stay when we go in July! :-)

Thanks again,

Deb*

The TTC is not close enough to walk to from WL. There is boat transportation that stops at the Contemporary. There is also boat transportation to MK and Fort Wilderness.

There is are buses that run about every 10-15 minutes over to the TTC and FW from WL.

My family highly recommends WL -- it is our favorite resort! However, we do always travel during Value Season so our experiences may differ some from yours.

We love using the boat to get around -- we use it to get to the MK and also Epcot via the CR & Monorail. Bus Service to the parks from WL is okay -- but avoid DD unless you enjoy waiting for a crowded bus. Note that we found this the case at every resort we have stayed at except DXL and OKW that have boats to DD.

The pools are both great, the CM's are the best anywhere, and the lodge and courtyard are a pleasure to look at.

We are a family of 3 - myself, DH and DD, just turned 5. We travel to Disney often enough that we prefer a more relaxed (e.g., not a commando) approach to touring the parks, and the MK is our favorite park, followed by MGM. AK and Epcot are about even for us.
