WL...Magic Lives At This Resort

HI! My cousin Carl, 8, and my grandmother came to FL to visit me June 20-24 and we stayed at the WL, where I work. We at at Whispering Canyon for my cousins 9th pre-tend b-day..well, you see his b-day is in august and wanted to do something special since his dad is in iraq. So, anyway....Kristen was our waitress and she was adorable...she did let the restaurant know it was his b-day and broght his some cake. He also got a kick out of the whole ketchup thing...

My grandmother, Carl, and I were in our room saturday night and a knock came at the door. It was Emil....for room service. Now we had not ordered room service because Miss Jenny's is a bit expensive. My Boyfriend, Steve, who is a chef in the Kitch for Whispering Canyon had sent down some cookies, chips, and snacks...then some cheese and crackers, and twinings tea. What a surprise....

Sally, a housekeeper made our room special too.

So, keep an eye out for these fantastic CM's. They keep the magic going even for other CM's....imagine what they can do for guests! {If you go to WC and you see Kristen...tell her Melissa from Roaring Fork sent ya!}

thanks for the smile. i always said that i thing the cast at the wl is terrific. i am so glad you had a great time. aren't the little things the best, especially surprises.

we have always had a great time at whispering canyon. tell your boyfriend steve, that we think the food is tops (especially the triple chocolate moose stampede cake!). my husband had a tuna dish there the last time we were visiting and it was wonderful. also, thanks should go to you too, everytime we went into roaring forks you all had smiles , even when it was crazy busy.

Hi Melissa! My DW and I love the WL and think all the CMs there are terrific! We spent our 25th anniversary there last year and it was more magical than I could have hoped for! We had a couple of meals at WCC and enjoyed the antics.

I'm so glad you had a great time -- even at a place you work. That's amazing.

We will be going for our first stay at WL at the end of October. Posts like this one make me so happy we chose WL.
