Room #'s are decided by the room controller only 5 to 7 days in advance.
Reason for no room # on the luggage tag - However, when you are at the WL and your assigned room is not ready, they most likely will fill in the room # and will hold your bags in storage - while you enjoy the parks, pool, walk around - untill your room is ready.
Park Hopper Pass- when did you order them ?
If you purchased a package, you may get the Park Hoppers at the resort.
I would call WDW immediately to find out how you will receive them.
call 407-934-7639 - now 8:11 PM EST - I think they close at 9 PM EST.
We buy Annual Passes - so I am sorry to say, I am not sure. We do not do packages - we are ala cart people - looking for AP rates, DDE discounts for dining, etc. We make our 'our package".
Enjoy the WL. Try to be a Flag family. Ask at the front desk upon arrival.
Ask for ketchup at Whispering Canyon Cafe.
Watch the fireworks and electric water parade from the beach (or your room)
Relax at the fireplace (real fire) in a comfy chair
Listen to the music in the lobby (available on CD i nthe gift shop)
Hunt for hidden Mickeys (get question list from front desk)
Pat the bears nose on the toten-pole in the lobby
Use the pool at 9 AM and go to EPCOT in the afternoon.
Take the boat to the free campfire at Wilderness camp ground.
Take the boat to MK and enjoy the 15 - 20 minute ride in the AM.
