I saw a post that someone had Wilderness Lodge concierge, how was it ???Any pics??

I would love to see some pictures too, if anyone has any! :)

Thanks~!

WL concierge was heavenly..... although I don't know if it's worth paying the $170 per night that you are quoted when you ask about it over the phone. If you are planning to stay there anyway, ask to be upgraded when you are checking in. That's what we did, and we were upgraded for $35 per night. They have different buffets during the day, turn down service at night, things like that.

I have pictures around here somewhere if I find them ill post them.

The rooms are exactly the same as all the rest. The only difference is the buffet table at the top of the atrium and a CM to help you with PS for dinner and things of that nature. I dont think I would do it again for the price...it was not really worth it to us.

Our experience with WL concierge in May was much different. My DW and I were there celebrating our 25th anniversary (which was actually June 10th, but we couldn't arrange vacation for that week.)

We thought the concierge service was terrific. The staff helped us with numerous PS changes. When we mentioned we were there celebrating #25, they made notes on all our PS about it. We were surprised at practically every meal the servers mentioned it, had people congratulating us, etc. At CP, our server, Michael, sang for us and our table was covered with Mickey confetti.

I could go on and on... but our experience was one we'd love to repeat. For us, the extra magic was worth the price. :D

We enjoyed the concierge service during our last New Year's visit to the world. I think whether it's worth it or not will depend on how late you're out at the parks and how much you plan to be around the hotel.

Our party was somewhat split with two of us spending almost all day every day in the parks, while the other two spent a lot of time around the hotel. It was probably more worth it for the two who stayed in the hotel. Two of us were never in the hotel around lunchtime, so we didn't get to enjoy the buffet then. We were also coming in late from the parks each night, so the buffet was usually cleared away by the time we got in. Your mileage may very though, depending on park hours during the time of your visit.

We enjoyed the breakfast foods, and the quick and easy PS help was nice. However, we probably won't do concierge again until we plan a trip where we intend to do more hotel time and less park time.
