WL Concierge question

Has anyone ever stayed at WL concierge and been contacted by the staff ahead of time? We have stayed there twice and no contact either time. Are staying there over Thanksgiving and emailed them 2 days ago about PS questions and have not received a response.

The only time we were contacted pre-stay was when we went to WDW on the Grand Plan. Otherwise, nothing before we arrived. That was fine for us; we sort of fly by the seat of our pants and make PS the evening before or the day of ... but then we go mostly during value season times.
