WL Concierge-Club Level checkin question

At WL for the Club Level, do we check in on the first floor? Or do we go to an upper floor for the checkin? If we stay at the main desk, is there a line for Club level?

I would assume it's like all the other Club Floor's at the Deluxe Resorts. They all have a check-in desk on the floor so you should be able to go up there, with the help of a bellman. I know that some guests who stay on Club Level floors do not know they can check-in up there, because there have been times while in the elevators at the Contemporary when guests were arriving at the Atrium Club having already checked-in down in the lobby. So the answer is you can check-in at either location.

When you arrive make sure you tell the guard at the gate that you are staying club level. He should already have that information available to him though. He will/should then notify concierge that you have arrived. Then when you pull up to the front of the resort to unload your bags, somebody from the concierge floor should be there to greet you and escort you upstairs to check in. If the concierge cm's are busy they may not be able to send somebody down to greet you. Then just tell bellservices you are staying on the concierge floor and they should be able to take you to the 7th floor.
