Staying at WL concierge 11-27 to 12-3 (yay!) with husband, daughter and myself. I have a couple questions. First, are there any rooms close enough to concierge that we'd be able to see the room from the lounge area? We are hoping once our daughter goes to sleep we can hang out in the lounge, but want to be able to see the room door. We'd like bunks, but would be ok with two queens. Second, are there bottles of water in concierge? If not, are there any in the rooms (that we could refill?), or is there a service (like the cruise) where we can have a case of water delivered to our room? Thanks in advance.

Having stayed there last year for the first time, I'm pretty sure you can't see the room doors from the lounge or concierge area, as far as water goes, Roaring Forks is just a minute walk away..

There's 4 room that directly open into the lounge area. I dont know if these are bunk rooms or not. They only have a large dispenser of filtered water in the lounge, no bottles. Unless this has changed recently. You can get a service called garden grocer to deliver anything you would want from a grocery store. If you dont have a car, you could also Uber over to the Speedway and pick up a case.

The 4 rooms that open onto the lounge area (or at least the outer wings of the lounge, where some couches and a couple tables are) are the Honeymoon rooms. They have 1 king bed and a huge hot tub in them. Their maximum capacity is 2 people, so it wouldn't be what you're looking for. Other than that, there aren't any rooms next to the lounge area. They're all down separate hallways.

Yeah, some of the rooms are quite far from the lounge, which wraps around the rail overlooking the lobby.
You will not have a room where you can see the door from the lounge.
You will have a balcony and can bring items to the room from the lounge
For water, check the gift shop. They should have a case of the smaller bottles for purchase and it's not outlandishly expensive.
Or remember, you get water free from all QS locations. It may not be worth the trouble to haul water with you each day

Thanks everyone for your help. I think I'll have a case of water delivered from Garden Grocer, it looks like it will be cheaper than buying bottles on property. We drink a lot of water and will need/want to have bottles with us in our backpack, as well as in our room. As far as the room goes, I figured that there weren't any near the lounge after looking at the floor maps. I'm going to request a room near the elevator which should make us closer to the lounge at least.
