WL - bumping 1 room category up - if Courtyard - then where to ?

From these boards I have read standard and woods views being bumped up to Courtyard view.

We have a Courtyard view booked for late June 2006 - AAA rate ($279).

Could we be bumped up too ? To what view ?
Any chance of a CL bump ?

It will be our 21st anniversary - what a nice surprise that would be.

The chance of a CL upgrade for free is highly slim. If it's not full when youa rrive, you *might* be able to book it for your stay for a reduced rate at check in. Either way, the rule of thumb is always book what you'll be happy with, and be pleasantly surprised if you get an upgrade.

Forgive me-what's a CL bump?

I suppose they could bump you from Courtyard to Concierge.

I've heard of others being "upgraded." We've stayed at the Lodge several times and have never had an upgrade.

The Courtyard View is wonderful. Enjoy your stay.
