Terri: We can't do May 4th, unfortunately, end of the semester and all being a hair-pulling time around here. That sounds like a great event, though, because I do so like to gladhand.

If you hear of anything else that sounds cool, and think to post it, especially if it's cool enough for you to run it....I'd appreciate it.
Aloha Jeff: See, I just knew that Lost actors were as cool as Losties.

They know how to participate in the cultural phenomenon--appreciate the fans & the locals. I'm sorry your sore throat isn't going away. Hopefully a doctor's visit, if you decide to go to one, will provide some nice, legal drugs. Oh, and help your throat. So you'll be up for the race. Meanwhile, I'm sure you find taking in some of the beautiful scenery of yours very restful. (I think I need to take some local pics for you, show you Pgh's beauty. I'm sure it compares.)
Amy: Pseudo-rest days.

It's funny because it's true. And even if you and Craig can't hang all the way during the race, I think it's great that you'll be hanging out at the Minnie. (I still think it's possible on the course, just saying that I'm envious.)
Maura: Ouch! You were right to bag the run--nothing good about pain like that. Thank you for volunteering at the Martian!
Carrie: I worked on my posture & Chi techniques while walking today. And I swear I thought of you and picked up my feet and started doing the arms. I have a hard time with Chi on the TM, which is pretty common I think.
Stacie: I meant to ask on the other thread, how are the shins? Are you doing any exercises?
Scott: Oooh, I want to be a SandWISHer! Pick me, pick me! That is too funny.

That's a great idea with TM & mapmyrun.com. I think you should pitch that idea to someone. I could see something like that for stationary bikes, too. There's money to be made, and I'm too dumb to figure out how... About the Mr. Minnie-verse thing... Amy will need to bring a camera, and you need to work on posing. We'll give you an award in January, so you have plenty of time to develop a speech.
Judy: I'm sorry you're sick. Does it hurt to laugh while watching Lucy? I hope you recover soon.
Bill/Vic: I was waiting to hear Vic's answer before I jumped in. I think it's entirely necessary that Timmy have the appropriate mentors as he grows. He'll need to know how to make the full range of zoom, vroom, brrzzooom, screeeeech, and cccrrrraaaassshhhh noises. I volunteer, having some experience with the screeching and the crashing. And Vic, I think it's only fair that you contribute to Timmy's education by offering up some of those cars of yours so he get receive the best possible experience; after all, you only collect the best, right?
Kristi: Eye candy. Mmmm...low calories & so satisfying!
Claire: Great work with the speed play. And good news with the showers.
Starkiss:
for signing up for EE and for being excited about running. I loved the C25K program, and it sounds like you do too. I'm also from Pgh, moved there last fall. We'll have to share hill-training strategies (i.e. you'll need to give them to me because they tucker me out). My tip: get fitted for your running shoes at a specialty running store. Well worth it.
Leana:
for getting to see
Spirit. I still haven't seen it, but everyone here seems to enjoy it so I know you will too!
As for me: Not much, just some strength training & walking on this overcast windy day. I'm preparing for this weekend's WDW trip, so my time on WISH will get spottier over the next few days. I'll think about you all when I'm there, but I hope you understand that I won't be posting while I'm gone. I have ToT to ride.
I do have to tell you that most of the trip is a surprise, because DOOD wants it that way, but he did tell me that we have an Ohana character breakfast planned. Because he knows I'm a member of Team Ohana and he knew I'd want a picture. See? He's with us in spirit, even if he's not yet ready to share his real name or picture. (I'm working on it!)
