Hello everyone!
For those new to us, we're a group of people who are planning to participate in walking/running events throughout the year. Some of us are training for the 2006 Disneyland Half and for the 2007 WDW Half/Full marathons. We'll also be posting news/training for various other events throughout the year. We range from non-running beginners to triathletes. Come join us, whether you're training for an event or walking/running for fitness!
Here's the Marathon FAQ, a great place to answer your marathon questions:

Good training everyone!
) was at a 13:56 pace. DD3 slept in so I didnt' get going til 8:30am yesterday...waaaaay too late for running this time of year. But I managed W5/R5, W6/R4, W6/R3 and then it was over...2 miles in 27:55. Someday, I'd like that to be sub-20......
No ice cream or moose runs here
I may not have anything until Race for the Taste
It also automatically recognizes if the Garmin is plugged in and uploads the data.

Thanks for sharing it with us! Looking forward to Donald!
. Like everyone else, when I'm out there all of you are in my head and there's Lynne, Erin and Kathy at the finish line! My DH is going to think I'm nuts when I get up on Sunday to be out there cheering you Mickey people on, but I know what it meant to me!

We dont have any 5k's around here right now either. The next one I know about is in Sept.
I am supposed to swim tomorrow am...not sure that will happen. The good news is that I ran almost 6 miles - well, ran/walked. Even with that, I finished in 1:14! I went to the trail where I usually bike - FLAT! I figured I needed that with the sore muscles!
