Judy - wow! that is alot to deal with!
Mike -
Stephanie - good decision to rest! My theory is that anything over 15 just hurts! I think when you hit the taper, it should help give you time to heal.
Sunny - I like the inner kenyan/penguin debate
Vicki - I too have a sad doughnut story! I thought phil's recent stomach trouble was related to the doughnuts and i threw the whole box out
I really was sad about that b/c i was planning to eat them!!!
Dave - I'm doing a 50k trail run on Feb 17th (i think). It has a 9 hr cutoff which i hope to make!! It also has 2 water crossing and no drop bags (water and some aid every 5 miles) I think i'm actually going to see if my mom will meet me on the other side of the water crossing w/ a pair of shoes.
Too cold here again to do anything. Phil and i spent about 45mins orienteering in an area we had not visited b/4. It was pretty fun but i want to have a fire in the fireplace tonight!

(And she may not get an invite, as I'm afraid of what she'd say.
)
Just kidding Judy. I'd clean my house for you!
I was sitting at my desk for six and a half minutes staring at my screen with tears of joy!
Thank you Kevin for taking it! Thank you Robert for posting it! OMG it was so exciting to watch! (I saw quite a few lime shirts in it too.)
I am still in shock over her death, but at least she died in my dd20 and my arms. She will always be loved!!!
coming your way!
(too skinny to break wind
Abra! Glad you made it to the action! Looks like there's several of us training at R4/W1 intervals.
