Judy-- thanks for clearing up the dairy issue. I was still in WDW when you posted that!!!!
As for fitting fitness into my life, well it basically IS my life. I have a gym at work so I use my lunch hour to work out. I have a family membership at the Y now, so I go to the Y after DS (5) is in bed. I used to do my LRs starting 30-45 minutes before the sun came up so as not to inconvenience the family too much. And prior to having the Y membership I did alot of Tae Bo at home when nothing else seemed to work. I also have a punching bag and a wide assortment of weights, a balance ball, and a jump rope. When I take my son to the park I sometimes bring my jump rope so I'm not sittle idle, or I play with him and find ways to hang form the structures to work my arms. It takes a lot of creativity sometimes!!!!!!
OK, if you see me here again before 6PM tell me to GO AWAY! I need to be working...

THEN, she says "okay, now that you are relaxed
, we will move into the DIFFICULT part, pilates." What!?!?!?!
NOw we'll move onto DIFFICULT? What was THAT?
I do, however, feel muscles today that I didn't know existed and I know that as I continue the exercises I will develop muscle tone and become more proficient. So, I'll go back next week, especially since no one laughed at me and there were a LOT of people who struggled with each different move/pose.
had a feather? Isn't he darling?
Anyway, I clearly remember how it felt to not be mobile so I am SO HAPPY and GRATEFUL that I even CAN walk that I don't complain and whine when I train. I'm just happy to be able to do it at all!
It depends on your weight, the type of exercise and how long.
This is the real me...this is why I run/bike/swim!

I've had those shots before.
Along with iso...something at PT. It puts the meds in through electrodes.
Don't know much about it but, it works!!!
