Good Morning TEAM:
OK, another snow day for the kids here in Rochester, NY. It's still snowing out there too. Gives me a chance to catch up with my teammates. Got my 30 min SWOG in over lunch, and in the evening I took my first taekwondo class with DD9

. We had a good time.
Thanks for the hotel recommendations for DL. So far people have said good things about HoJos, the Candy Cane Inn, and the Carousel Inn. That gives me a great start. I'm trying to decide if the onsite hotels are worth it. That Neverland Pool at the
Disneyland Hotel looks like it would be so much fun for the kids. Anyway, I'm reading the Disneyland threads here on the boards, and I'm waiting to see if any discount comes out for my time period. I'm sure I'll keep you all posted.
Kristi- That is so cool you were a CM at DL. I'd love to hear more about what you did there. Great job getting your steps in when you are out of fuel, energy, and having a stonker. Way to stick with it.
Kevin- I owe you an apology. I was rude yesterday regarding your impending 3-0 birthday and the 10th high school reunion. Those are certainly big milestones, and the do affect you and cause you to pause. Just because I have already passed those milestones, I shouldn't belittle them. Please accept my apologies.
Jen- Yay, I'm so glad that your audit went well. That is great to have one less stress in your life.
Dena- I'm so glad your are keeping up with the walking. I did chuckle a little when your DD asked why you were pushing the stroller so slowly. Maybe she should walk beside you with a doll in the stroller.
Vic- Wow, that's so cool that you can just drive over to MK. Have fun with your spur of the moment of trip. Oh, if you're riding Space Mountain for Maria, can you look for my photopass?
Cam- Did you get your x-training in? How's the ice out your way?
Jim- I agree with you about booking as soon as you think you might be going, and you can always change later.
Laurie- Nice pace on your run. WTG! Did you get a snow day too?
Stephanie- Wow, you are fast too - sub 9 min mile pace. WTG!!!
Judy- How are you doing? Is the soreness out from lifting all those hay bails? Is the crabbyness/irritability gone? Hang in there.
Maria- Good for you getting the x-training time in on the bike.
Sunny- How are you feeling after being on the neurontin a couple of days?
Jackie- I hope you're feeling better and your headache has gone away. Get some rest.
Leana- Thanks for the link for the running skirts. I was going to make a joke about buying one for myself, but I decided to leave it alone after I saw the website had "spankies". I just had to stop at that point. I have to say the pink camo skirt is pretty cool. Watch out
Vic- there might be some more sports bra talk coming up.
Angie- Hang in there, you can do this. So you had a stonker 4 miler, you're well trained and will be ready for Sunday. Remember take it easy and get some rest this week so you're ready for Sunday. You go girl!
Bill- Thanks for checking in with your hotel recommendations for California. The Grand Californian looks spectacular too, and DW and I loved the WL - and I bet we would love the GC too. Having a separate entrance to DCA seems like a nice perk too. I was really considering the Residence Inn in Mission Valley, and I noticed they had kid suites too with bunk beds that our princesses would love (or fight over).
Where's
Christa,
Melissa,
Krista, and
Steve?
Well, sorry if I missed anyone, I'm sure I'll be on here some more.
