Hi everyone and happy new year!
Kevin -- I am so sorry you won't be joining us next weekend. I really hope you are feeling better and stronger. Please give your body a chance to recover. Frankly, mono doesn't surprise me at all, considering all you have been managing for the past several months. Looks like your body finally sent a message loud and clear that you have to slow down and take care of yourself. We will look forward to sharing the training experience with you once you are feeling better and we'll all be together in WDW in January 2008.

Mel -- The poem is wonderful! It made me cry! How many more talents do you have that we don't know about?
Heather -- I am so with you! I am tremendously relieved that I don't have to do the 12 block round trip walking to court any day this week and I don't have to wear heels at all.
I was actually fantasizing about wearing my crocs, but have been content to be in stocking feet whenever possible.
Susie -- I am so sorry you spent your new year's eve day dealing with an overflow. I hope it is all under control now. Be sure to check with your homeowner's insurance to see if the damage is covered.
Well, I'm not surprised, but definitely disappointed that I haven't gotten any kind of workout in recently. The last workouts I had were 60 minutes on a bike last Tuesday night and the cardiopulmonary stress test Wednesday morning. I thought I'd get something in yesterday or today, but came down with some kind of flu-like symptoms yesterday. The kind where your body aches and you have the horrible sick headache. UGH! Feeling better today. I'll be at work until at least 8 tonight but will get to bed early so I can go to the gym tomorrow morning. Howard is picking up my Azmacort refill and I'll be back on that tonight so hopefully it will be in my system enough by this weekend.
I hope all our WISHers who are already in the "world" are having a fabulous time.
Can't wait to see everone in just a little more than 4 days! OMG! I HAVE to pack!
