TO EAT!
I ALWAYS eat a PB&J and coffee b/4 a LR and biking. But I also have trained my body to eat on the run
marathon bars, more PB&J if it is available
.cookies..Trail races have the best food! Oh, on the ride this weekend they had HOMEMADE cookies! AHHHHH! But I digress
.find food that works with your tummy and either carry it with you, buy it on the run, or use a gel
that is also a good option.
