Do you think this will take some of the crowds away from Tsm? Tsm is so big and huge right now I can't see it ever dying down...but with the new train ride coming I was thinking it just might.

I would agree. Its still going to be a really popular ride in a park that really doesn't have many 'family' oriented rides.

Hopefully they never make a "family friendly ride" in HS. Personally I hope they move HS towards the teen age group. That really is what the park is like now and they should stick with that. 2 of their most extreme rides are in HS I would say, so don't go crazy extreme but keep with that theme if your adding on. I feel that TSMM is busy not just because it's the main family ride but it really is a lot of fun, it's way ahead of buzz because you can see where your shooting easier.

My dh had a good idea...they almost need to build another one right next store, or expand the building it is in... a little different but still keeping with toy story theme.

Yeah, I don't see how opening up a new ride in MK is going to affect the lines at a ride at DHS.

But I doubt that people will be skipping DHS in order to go to MK. What I mean is, I know there are people who skip DHS, but they were doing that before 7DMT. I doubt that people who weren't skipping DHS before 7DMT are going to skip it now.

People will rush to see it on their Magic Kingdom days, but I don't see any significant number of people completely skipping their planned Disney's Hollywood Studio days just because one new ride opened in the Magic Kingdom.

As a teen I'd probably never go to that park. I'm still afraid of Disney villains and not big on thrill rides. Disney is fine without that park. There's Universal for the more daring members of my age group.

There were sooooooo many people drawn to that attraction/land that TSMM saw maximum waits of 30 minutes on our recent trip to DL. We rode it 3 times as a walk on before noon there just last week.

Just another reason why spending a billion dollars on FP+ was Disney greed, instead of spending it on rides for their customers to enjoy.

I would not. My 2 and 4 year old don't meet the height requiring for Star Wars, and I refuse to take them on The Great Movie Ride as it *terrified* my older DD when she was 4 (now 10). She about had a heart attack when the aliens came out of the ceiling, and the gun shots throughout didn't help either. Definitely not young family friendly.

I wouldn't for young kids. Star Tours has a height requirement and The Great Movie Ride can be scary and/or boring for kids through various parts. My 5 yo enjoyed it, but my almost 3 year old fell asleep on it.

DHS has some other family friendly attractions/shows, but not another ride.
