This is what makes this board so great! I didn't even know to ask for VIP passes! I too have ressies for Japan on 10/12 and will try to get somehting w/VIP passes.

Does anyone know of a phone number to call if we want to talk to someone about this? I called dinning as soon as i found out and had to go through a manager but have they set up a special line for this?

I called. The CM said she had to transfer me to a special line. Instead, I got transfered directly to the survey.

I called back. The next CM said there is no special line, and there's nothing available at Le Cellier. She finally gave up on me and transferred me to the main line. That CM transferred me to the Switchboard. That CM transferred me... back to the CM who said there's no special line.

Anyway, I didn't ask for the special viewing area because I got a reservation at Akershus for the same, late dining time that we had at Teppan-whatever.

Awww...when they called me yesterday a 407 number recorded on my caller ID..I was thinking of calling it...I'll let you know how it goes.
