With a room only reservation

are you supposed to get a hotel voucher or anything?
I'm going through our papers and for our AKL package we received luggage tags and a hotel voucher.
For our ASMo room only (which is paid off) we don't have anything but a paper with the arrival and departure info and how many people. We never got a paper saying it was paid off even though it shows a $0 balance on the website.

That's all you get. I always take mine w/me but they never look at it. When you check in, they just ask your name and address and look at your driver's liscense.
