Wishful Thinking?

So my family and I were discussing where to go on vacation this year. After looking up TONS of stuff we decided...they decided...Disney was just too expensive. BUT, we all really wanted to go. Nonetheless, we started talking about other vacation destinations: Cape Cod, Loon Mountain, etc.

Now, here is the *IMPORTANT PART.* My mom watched the Disney Vacation Planning Video and says to my dad "Honey, I'm cured. [Of the Disney "Fever" as we call it]. I realized we've seen and done everything there a hundred times." So, insert super Ash disappointment. HOWEVER, I told my parents:

"I know we aren't going to Disney World. But on the slight chance that we do...don't tell me ok? I don't want to wish my summer away [We'd be going late July-early August which is when our vacation time is planned, no matter where we go]. I also have never been surprised and been like 'HEY, we're goign to Disney tomorrow! And I would realy like that."

Fast forward to two days ago. I was in the car with my mom and I needed to get something otu of the glove compartment in the car..........it was locked. It is NEVER locked. I asked what was in there. She refused to tell me. Is it possible that our Disney tickets are in there!?!?!?!?!? Or could it just be some important bills LOL!


So guys...am I wishful thinking?

it could be, but I wouldn't get your hopes up because you said you didn't want to wish your summer away, so I wouldn't think about it too much and it would also make the surprise so much better whether you go to Disney or not.

OMG wow. That's soo exciting. I'de be freaking out with anticipation if I were you. I sure hope the Disney tickets are in there.

Well as for me, no, my parents have never surprised me with a WDW vaca. unfortunately. That would be soo awesome. I'm usually the one who pushes my parents to go each year, which we always end up doing. But It would be great for them to do all the planning and surprise me for a change. hehe. Well goodluck! I remember when my parents gave my sisters and I a suprise Disney Cruise.
They dropped us off at my grandma's house, which is what they would do a lot.
Then, I saw the Disney Cruise commercial there and fell in love with the ship, I was wishing that we could go on that one day.
Then, my parents and my neighbor pick us up, and we are confused, because our neighbor is there.
Then, we go to the airport and my parents say we are going to Vegas. We do, but then take a second flight to Orlando.
We were so excited and happy

I'd like to be suprised with a disney vacation but since there's only 1 compter that is connected to the internet, and we usually book everything on the internet, it could be a bit hard to get past me since i spend so much time on here... unless they book it at the library...
