Wishes with a Rental

Hey guys!

So, I'll be going to WDW in August and I was considering going to watch Wishes on the 27th.

We will be using a rental car while staying at WDW and my sister feels like it's best to leave the rental car at BWV and take the bus to MK. Last time we took the bus back to the resort after Wishes, it was a complete disaster! We were standing in line for over an hour and a half. If we take the bus back to BWV, I'm afraid that will happen again.

What do you think would be a quicker way back for us: bus or rental car?

If you prefer the bus, what would be another possible way for us to get home if there ends up being a huge line?

If it would be too much of a hassle either way, are there any other places we could watch Wishes? I heard something about the Contemporary a while ago...

I think a lot of your wait will depend on what resort you are staying at, whether you have little kids traveling with you and how fast you walk. The values tend to have longer lines because there are more rooms. They say they send more buses for the volume of people but I have seen crazy long lines on those stops! No matter what you do you will have to take some sort of Disney transportation because there is no parking at MK so you may as well leave your car at your resort and just stay on the bus. Other wise you would either have to take a bus anyway to BW and then walk to your car or you'd have to take Disney transport to the TTC if you parked there.
